Made to order itemsWhen you order a ”made to order” item it has a production time on up to 3 weeks before its packed and sent to you. Depending on workload.
You will get an update via e-mail as soon as your order is ready and when its shipped you will receive info with all delivery details via text and e-mail.
The delivery time is normally 2-10 businessdays within EU. If you need a product for a specific date, please get in touch with us before ordering via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your wish.
Ready to ship
Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of your package when shipped.
For international shoppers the delivery time can be up to 1-3 weeks from your package is shipped till you receive it depending on where you´re located.
OBS! Because of Brexit, costumers from the UK, should be aware that you now unfortunately might have to pay a custom tax when you receive your package from Denmark.
We gladly accept returns (except "made to order" items), but no later than 14 days from the day you received your order. Items should be returned new and unused. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag.
Returns: Made to order items
We don’t do returns on made to order items, as these products are made specific for you.
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry. We can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations. Please write an e-mail to: email@example.com.
Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in.
Returns: Accessories + instagram purchase
We hope you love your new Odd Lemon purchaes. However, if something isn't exactly what you were looking for, you will have 14 working days from the day of delivery to return your item.
All items should be returned new and unused. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tags.
OBS: We only accept return of tights in an unopened package.
We do not refund money on sale items.

As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and accepted your return, we will transfer the amount of your returned item(s) within 10 working days on the card used at purchase.
